The PNP EMS, Directorate for Operations takes premium in safeguarding your personal

by virtue of the mandate of the PNP. Their disclosure and sharing shall only be upon your

part of the pertinent records of the system, is protected by the PNP. We will ensure that
personal information or data is handed fairly and lawfully with respect to data subject
rights. The PNP EMS employs various technologies to protect the information on our systems,
and routinely takes precaution to ensure that security measures remain operational and
effective. We aim to uphold our commitment to comply with the mandate of Republic Act No.
10173, also known as the Privacy Act of 2012.
